Title block / who builds it
About the studio
ContractorWebStudioHub is a website studio for specialist trade contractors across the United States. We build each site around the pages a trade actually needs, run it on one monthly fee, and charge the build fee only after you have approved the finished site. We do the website so the crew can do the work.

01 Standing instructions
What we actually believe about a trade contractor site
One studio, many trades
We build for electricians, plumbers, HVAC, painters, landscapers and more, so the site your trade needs is what we build, not a generic template with a logo swapped in.
Custom coded, not assembled
Every page is built from real code, not a page builder theme, which is why speed is a guarantee rather than a hope.
Managed, not handed off
The relationship does not end at launch. Weekly updates and monthly revisions keep the site current for as long as you are with us.
02 Method
How we work
One onboarding call, a build measured in days, weekly updates after launch, and revisions turned around in working days rather than weeks. Nobody at your business logs in to fix anything.
- 01
We map your trade
The onboarding call figures out exactly which pages your specific trade needs.
- 02
We build it
Custom-coded, live in 7 to 15 days depending on plan.
- 03
We keep running it
Weekly updates, monthly revisions and researched articles, for as long as your plan is active.

03 Commitments

04 Coverage
Do you build for contractors in my state?
Yes. We build and run sites for trade businesses across the United States, fully remotely: one onboarding call, then everything runs through your client portal. That includes busy trade markets such as these states:
- Texas
- Florida
- California
- Arizona
- Georgia
- North Carolina
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
- Illinois
- New York
Your towns get their own pages
Coverage on your site is about your towns, not ours. A Houston plumber gets pages for Katy, Sugar Land and Pearland if that is where the trucks go. A Tampa painter gets Brandon, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Each page names the services you run there.
Working across more than one state or branch? Each location gets its own pages and its own lead routing. See multi-location sites.
Our team works 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A person replies within one working day.
05 Compliance schedule
Which compliance pages does your site come with?
All of these, on every plan. They are built to help you meet the rules a US trade business website is usually expected to follow.
- Privacy policyWritten for your business, naming what your forms collect and where it goes. Not a copied page naming someone else.
- Terms of usePlain terms for using your site, estimators and forms.
- Cookie policy and real consentA consent banner that actually holds back analytics and ad tracking until the visitor agrees, not one that only looks like it does.
- Accessibility statementPages are built with WCAG 2.1 AA as the working target, the accessibility benchmark most often referenced for ADA website questions in the United States.
- License number where your state expects itSeveral states, including California and Florida, require a contractor license number to appear in advertising, and a website counts as advertising. We place your license number where your state expects it and where a homeowner looks for it.
- SMS consent wordingAny form that can start a text conversation carries plain consent wording and an opt-out line, written with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in mind.
- AI that knows its limitsOn the AI plans, the receptionist and chat never give safety, code or licensing advice. Those questions go to a person at your business.
Built with these rules in mind, not a guarantee of compliance and not legal advice. Your licensing board or attorney has the final word on what your state requires.
06 Draughtsmen
The team behind the writing
The articles and playbooks on this site are published under two editorial personas. They are not real people; they give each subject a consistent voice.
- Marcus DeleonTrade Website Strategist, Columbus, OHMarcus spends most weeks on calls with electricians, plumbers and HVAC owners, mapping out which pages a trade actually needs before a single line of a site gets built. He writes about the structural side of a contractor website: page architecture, service area coverage and how a crew-based business should show its work online.Read their articles
- Renee CastilloContent Lead for Home Service Trades, Boise, IDRenee edits the researched articles that ship on every ContractorWebStudioHub plan, working from real search behavior across a dozen specialist trades. She writes about what actually earns a click and a call from a homeowner searching at 9pm with a leak in the ceiling, and how content differs from one trade to the next.Read their articles
07 Client notes
What owners say about working with us
The review of our trade service requests pages was uncomfortable reading, in a useful way. Consolidation came with a checklist, so a change in one place is checked everywhere it matters. Maintaining the site finally feels manageable.
What they got Content audit and update process for trade service requests
I appreciated being asked to separate new trade service requests from ongoing conversations. Visitors choose what they are doing first, and each choice leads to a fit-for-purpose form. The morning triage is minutes rather than an hour.

08 Exclusions
What we are not
We are not a licensed contractor of any trade, and we do not perform, inspect or warranty electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction work. We build and run the website. Everything your customers rely on you for stays with you.
Articles we publish are general information, never a substitute for a licensed visit or an inspection. Any AI agent included on your plan is configured to hand anything requiring professional judgment to a person at your business.
Questions about the studio
Who is behind ContractorWebStudioHub?
ContractorWebStudioHub is a website studio that builds and runs websites for specialist trade contractors. The team works remotely with clients across the United States, and everything after the onboarding call runs through your client portal and email.
Are you a licensed contractor?
No. We are not a licensed contractor of any trade, and we do not perform, inspect or warranty electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction work. We build and run the website; the trade work, and the advice that goes with it, stays with you.
Where do you work and what are your hours?
We work with trade businesses anywhere in the United States, fully remotely. Our business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, and a person replies within one working day.
Which trades do you build for?
Electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, painters, landscaping and lawn care companies, concrete and masonry crews, flooring contractors, and fencing and garage door companies. If your trade is close to these, book a demo and we show you the nearest build.
Who writes the articles on client sites?
Our content team researches and writes every article, 2,500 to 3,200 words, with sources cited. The two bylines on this site, Marcus Deleon and Renee Castillo, are editorial personas, not real people, and are labeled that way.
Can I talk to a person before I buy?
Yes. Book a 30-minute demo or email us. You see a build for your trade on your screen before you commit to anything.
Do you build from templates?
We start from layouts proven for trades, then rebuild the brand, copy, photos and location pages around your business before anything goes live.
What does it cost to work with you?
Plans start at $127 a month, plus a $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. Hosting and a domain are included.
