Scope of works

Multi-location contractor websites, one brand with real pages for every area it serves

A multi-location contractor website works by giving every branch or service area its own real page, with local details and its own contact routing, rather than one generic "locations" list that treats every branch the same.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

01 Client

Who is multi-location contractor websites for?

Contractors running more than one branch, yard or dispatch zone, including companies that cross state lines, who need each location represented and each lead routed to the right team.

Built for operators crossing state lines too, such as a Texas and Oklahoma HVAC company or a Pennsylvania and New York flooring outfit.

02 Detail

Why one location page is not enough

A contractor running crews out of two or three branches needs each area to read as genuinely local: its own service area page, potentially its own phone number or contact routing, and content specific to that market, rather than a single page listing addresses with no other differences.

03 Detail

How the architecture is built

Each location or service area gets its own page, crossed with the services offered there, since not every branch necessarily offers every service. Enquiries route to the right branch based on which page the visitor came from.

  • A dedicated page per branch or service area

  • Contact routing that reflects which branch a lead came from

  • Services shown per location, since coverage can differ by branch

  • CRM routing that tags enquiries by location

Growing into new markets over time

Adding a new branch or expanding into a new county is a normal revision on this plan, not a re-architecture. The page structure is built from the start to scale from a handful of towns to dozens without changing how the site works.

05 Sequence

How the work is done, step by step

  1. 01List the coverageEvery branch, town, county or radius you actually serve.
  2. 02Plan the pagesWhich services run where, and which team takes each area.
  3. 03Write each oneLocation pages written to be genuinely different: services, response, local detail.
  4. 04Route the leadsEnquiries tagged to the right branch in your CRM.
  5. 05Grow itNew towns or branches added as normal revisions.

06 Symptoms

Signs your business needs this

Your second location has no page of its own.

  3. 03

Different branches offer different services and the site shows one list.

  4. 04

You are opening a new location this year.

09 Client notes

What owners say about multi-location contractor websites

  • We have more than one contact point, and the old trade service requests page never said which applied where. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. Customers no longer need a map of our internal structure.

  • We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. Every submission arrives with trade required, property ZIP code and access notes filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. It has quietly removed the slowest step in our intake.

13 Guarantees

What happens if it does not work out?

You are covered where it matters: you never pay for a build you have not approved, and the two things we promise, speed and ranking, come with a fix rather than an excuse.

  • Build fee only after you approve

The $697 build fee is invoiced once your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Never before.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, or we fix it free

On mobile and desktop, for the pages we build and host. If our work drops a page below it, we fix it at no charge.

  • Ranking within 3 to 5 months

If the site is not ranking for local searches in your area by then, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it is.

  • No yearly contract

Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice. The site runs to the end of the month you paid for.

  • Your domain stays yours

Registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and export your content within 14 days.

The conditions, plainly: the guarantees do not cover changes made by you or third parties, content published against our advice, or ranking outside your area and services. The remedy is the corrective work, not a refund: all sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Full wording in the terms and refund policy.

Questions about multi-location contractor websites

Can each location have a different phone number?

Yes, if you want that. We can route each location page to its own number or to one central line, whichever matches how your business actually operates.

Do all locations need to offer the same services?

No. Each location page reflects the services actually offered from that branch, which is one of the main reasons a shared "locations" list falls short for a multi-branch contractor.

How many location pages are included?

The number of towns or branches you name during onboarding. Adding more later is a standard revision within your plan.

Does this help with local search rankings for each area?

Yes. Dedicated pages per location are the foundation of local SEO for a multi-branch business, giving search engines a real page to associate with each market rather than one page trying to represent all of them.

How many location pages should I have?

One for each town, county or branch you genuinely serve and want work from. Pages for places you do not serve do more harm than good.

Can each branch have its own phone number?

Yes. Each location page can show its own number, or all can use one central line.

Do location pages work across state lines?

Yes. A branch in another state gets its own pages, license details and routing like any other location.

Is adding a new branch a new build?

No. A new branch or town is a revision, completed within the usual turnaround.
