We confirm the page set for your trade and agree what the home page leads with.

On Site Crew. 10 days on Site Foreman while the AI agents are trained, 15 on Site General.

05. The invoice that does not arrive
Normally the $697 build fee is invoiced here, once you have approved the site. On this order it is not invoiced at all.

What you need to send us
Six things, and none of them have to be perfect. Send what you have when you order and the rest can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal without holding up the build.

06 Conditions of order

07 Place the order
Order your build
Every plan is ordered from its own button on the rate schedule. The button opens a secure Stripe checkout for the first month of that plan, the plan renews monthly from that day, and the build fee is not on the order. Your receipt and the onboarding form arrive by email straight after.

Cards are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Questions people ask before ordering
What does the waived build fee actually save me?
$697. That is the one-time build fee normally invoiced after your site is live and approved. On an order placed on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 it is not invoiced at all. Your monthly plan price is exactly the same as it is on the pricing page, because only the build fee moves.
What am I charged when I place the order?
The first month of the plan you choose, paid by card on our secure Stripe checkout when you order, and nothing else. Site Crew is $127 a month, Site Foreman is $267 a month, Site General is $647 a month. The plan then renews at the same price every month. There is no deposit, no build fee and no setup charge on top.
When does my site go live?
7 days on Site Crew, 10 days on Site Foreman, 15 days on Site General. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at the order, so the sooner your onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.
Can I change plan after I order?
Yes, up or down, from the next invoice onwards. Moving up adds the extra work from the day you move. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next billing month so you never lose a month you have already paid for.
What if I do not like the first build?
You get 5 revisions a month included on every plan, of any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days. A revision can be a full section rewrite or a whole new service page. The build is not finished until you say it is, which is also why the build fee was never charged up front in the first place.
Is the monthly plan on a contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Your domain is yours and stays registered in your name.
Are payments refundable?
All sales are final, with one exception: a duplicate or incorrect charge that we made, reported within 30 days, is refunded in full. That is set out in the refund policy, and it is worth reading before you order rather than after.
Does the waiver run out?
Yes, and it is dated rather than counted down. Orders placed on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 carry the waiver. After that the $697 build fee returns to the order, invoiced after launch as normal.
