Update requests for trade service requests arrived as casual notes: something needs changing, somewhere, somehow. The precise text was rarely included.

Starting point
Update requests for trade service requests arrived as casual notes: something needs changing, somewhere, somehow. The precise text was rarely included.
The problem
For trade service requests, publishers guessed intent and approvers signed off unseen wording. When the published text surprised someone, there was no record to consult.
02 As built
A compact change-request format now records the page, the current wording, the proposed replacement and the approving contact. Reference updates concerning service boundaries and contractor credentials pass through the same review before publication.

Where this sits in the plan
03 Programme
25 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover.
04 As handed over
Day to day with trade service requests, the person asking, the person approving and the person publishing all look at the same words. Routine changes stop generating meetings.
There is a record of every trade service requests edit and its approver. The informality we used to call flexible, we now call risky.
A 30-minute demo, on your screen, with the pages and forms your trade would get. Plans from $127 a month; the $697 build fee comes after launch.
25 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock started once the client had approved the content, so the staff review and the handover sit inside that time rather than after it.
The build used structured change request, named approver, before-and-after preview, publication check. Those sit under a client portal for every request (on every plan) and weekly detail updates, without you lifting a finger (on every plan).
Client case studies are anonymized on purpose. The client is described as a roofline, fascia and guttering contractor in Omaha, Nebraska, and the quote is from Neha Sinha, depot manager, used with permission.
Yes. The same approach is part of a managed plan from $127 a month, with the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. On a demo call we show the pages and forms your trade would get before you commit.
