Service area page architecture built for trade contractors, town by town

Service area page architecture for a trade contractor means one page per town or county you serve, crossed with the services you offer there, so both search engines and homeowners can find a page built specifically for their location rather than a paragraph buried in a general "areas we serve" list.

Who is service area page architecture for trade contractors for?

Trade businesses that want to be found in every town they serve, with location pages that are genuinely useful rather than one page copied forty times with the town name swapped.

02 Detail

What good service area page architecture looks like

A well-built service area page names the town, states the services offered there, mentions response time or coverage detail specific to that area, and links back to the relevant service pages, so it reads as a real page rather than a template with the town name swapped in.

03 Detail

How we decide which pages to build

During onboarding we map your actual coverage, the towns, counties or radius your crews genuinely serve, rather than building pages for areas you cannot realistically respond to, since a page for a place you cannot actually serve well hurts trust more than it helps rankings.

  • Pages built only for towns you actually serve

  • Internal links between service area pages and service pages

  • Content unique to each town, not a template with the name changed

  • Local business schema on every service area page

04 Detail

Avoiding the thin-page trap

A common mistake is building dozens of near-identical town pages with the name swapped and nothing else changed, which search engines increasingly recognize and can penalize rather than reward. We keep each page genuinely different, mentioning what is actually distinct about serving that area, even when the underlying services are the same.

What owners say about service area page architecture for trade contractors

  • We have more than one contact point, and the old trade service requests page never said which applied where. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. Customers no longer need a map of our internal structure.

  • We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. Every submission arrives with trade required, property ZIP code and access notes filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. It has quietly removed the slowest step in our intake.

13 Guarantees

What happens if it does not work out?

You are covered where it matters: you never pay for a build you have not approved, and the two things we promise, speed and ranking, come with a fix rather than an excuse.

  • Build fee only after you approve

The $697 build fee is invoiced once your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Never before.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, or we fix it free

On mobile and desktop, for the pages we build and host. If our work drops a page below it, we fix it at no charge.

  • Ranking within 3 to 5 months

If the site is not ranking for local searches in your area by then, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it is.

  • No yearly contract

Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice. The site runs to the end of the month you paid for.

  • Your domain stays yours

Registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and export your content within 14 days.

The conditions, plainly: the guarantees do not cover changes made by you or third parties, content published against our advice, or ranking outside your area and services. The remedy is the corrective work, not a refund: all sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Full wording in the terms and refund policy.

Questions about service area page architecture for trade contractors

How many service area pages should we start with?

Start with the towns or counties your crews already regularly serve. Most contractors begin somewhere between 3 and 10 pages and add more as coverage grows.

Will duplicate-feeling town pages hurt our rankings?

That is exactly what we avoid. Each page is written to be genuinely distinct, which is also why we do not recommend building pages for towns you cannot meaningfully serve.

Can a service area page target a specific service, not just a town?

Yes. For a larger coverage area we can build pages crossing a specific service with a specific town, such as "water heater repair in [town]", where search volume supports it.

Who decides which towns to build pages for?

You do, based on where your crews actually work, with our guidance during onboarding on how to prioritize the list for the best early impact.

How many location pages should I have?

One for each town, county or branch you genuinely serve and want work from. Pages for places you do not serve do more harm than good.

Can each branch have its own phone number?

Yes. Each location page can show its own number, or all can use one central line.

Do location pages work across state lines?

Yes. A branch in another state gets its own pages, license details and routing like any other location.

Is adding a new branch a new build?

No. A new branch or town is a revision, completed within the usual turnaround.
