Service area pages
A dedicated page for every town or county you name during onboarding.
Scope of works
Local SEO for specialty contractors starts with a real page for every town or county you serve, because a directory listing with your name in a list of forty businesses cannot compete with a dedicated page built around your services in that specific place.
What it costs
01 Client
Contractors who work across several towns or counties and want to show up in each of them, not only in the town where the shop is.
Local search works town by town. A Charlotte crew serving Concord and Matthews, or a Phoenix crew serving Mesa and Chandler, gets a real page for each.
02 Detail
Directory sites rank well because they carry thousands of pages, but each one is thin. A homeowner searching "electrician in [town]" is better served, and search engines increasingly recognize this, by a page built specifically around your business, your services and that town, rather than one row in someone else's list.
03 Detail
Local SEO here is the combination of the pages themselves, a managed Google Business Profile on the top plan, and consistent business details across the site, since inconsistent names, addresses or phone numbers across the web actively hurt local rankings.

04 Detail
New service area pages typically need a few months to establish themselves in search results, which is normal for any honest local SEO work. We guarantee your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, and keep working at no extra charge if it has not.
05 Symptoms
Directories outrank you in towns you work every week.
Your site has one "areas we serve" list of towns.
Your Google Business Profile has not been touched in months.
Your name, address and phone differ between listings.

08 Client notes
We have more than one contact point, and the old trade service requests page never said which applied where. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. Customers no longer need a map of our internal structure.
What they got Location information and contact routing for trade service requests
The reporting for trade service requests is something I can genuinely use. The report separates genuine inquiries from raw traffic and leaves message content out of it. Content decisions now start from evidence rather than impressions.

14 Guarantees
You are covered where it matters: you never pay for a build you have not approved, and the two things we promise, speed and ranking, come with a fix rather than an excuse.
The $697 build fee is invoiced once your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Never before.
On mobile and desktop, for the pages we build and host. If our work drops a page below it, we fix it at no charge.
If the site is not ranking for local searches in your area by then, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it is.
Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice. The site runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and export your content within 14 days.
The conditions, plainly: the guarantees do not cover changes made by you or third parties, content published against our advice, or ranking outside your area and services. The remedy is the corrective work, not a refund: all sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Full wording in the terms and refund policy.
Most contractors start with the towns or counties their crews already regularly serve, typically somewhere between 3 and 10 to begin, then add more as coverage grows.
It is included as part of the Content Engine on the top plan. On other plans you keep control of your profile; we can advise on it during onboarding.
Every site is built with its own unique content and page structure for its business specifically, so overlapping service areas do not mean duplicate or templated pages.
Yes. Adding a new service area page is a standard revision, included in your monthly plan.
Most of the work is visible within the 3 to 5 months window we guarantee for local ranking. Speed and structure count from launch day; articles build over months.
On Site General, yes: posts, hours, service list and photos kept current. On the other plans the website work is done for you and the profile stays with you.
No one can promise that. We make the site easy for AI assistants to read and cite, which makes it more likely.
Not for the site itself. The page structure, schema, articles and updates are part of every plan. Link building and ads are outside our scope.
