Where the site started, and what it cost the office

Starting point

A single page covered trade service requests for every location. Working out which phone number or inbox applied was the visitor's problem.

The problem

When it comes to trade service requests, first-contact calls landed anywhere. Staff transferred politely, customers repeated themselves, and the form knew nothing of branches.

02 As built

What we built

Local contact details now sit beside the service description they belong to. The inquiry carries the selected location into the staff notification, together with trade required, property ZIP code and access notes.

Features used

  1. 01Local contact panel
  2. 02Location selection
  3. 03Location-aware notifications
  4. 04Opening hours

03 Programme

How long it took

20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover.

20 working days
Scale: working days from content approval. Staff review and handover included.

04 As handed over

What changed

With trade service requests, staff no longer begin calls by discovering the caller belongs to another branch. The routing happens on the page, before anyone picks up a phone.

Our internal map used to be the customer's homework. The trade service requests page does that work for them.

Questions about this project

How long did this project take?

20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock started once the client had approved the content, so the staff review and the handover sit inside that time rather than after it.

Which parts of the plan did this use?

The build used local contact panel, location selection, location-aware notifications, opening hours. Those sit under a page for every town you truck to (on every plan) and every enquiry lands where your team already works (on every plan).

Why is the business not named?

Client case studies are anonymized on purpose. The client is described as a domestic electrical services firm in Manchester, New Hampshire, and the quote is from Florence Seagrave, project coordinator, used with permission.

Can you do the same for electricians?

Yes. The same approach is part of a managed plan from $127 a month, with the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. On a demo call we show the pages and forms your trade would get before you commit.
