Starting point
The reference material for trade service requests was a print-layout attachment. On any screen smaller than a desk it was an act of endurance to read.

Starting point
The reference material for trade service requests was a print-layout attachment. On any screen smaller than a desk it was an act of endurance to read.
The problem
For trade service requests, the file mixed several subjects with no way to link to a single answer. Staff sent the whole attachment even when the caller needed one small detail.
02 As built
The old document became a set of readable sections on service boundaries and contractor credentials, with headings that describe their contents and links that jump straight to them. A print-friendly version is still available.

Where this sits in the plan
03 Programme
25 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover.
04 As handed over
Day to day with trade service requests, staff reply with a precise link instead of an attachment. The document's contents finally work at the speed of the questions.
Our trade service requests material was always good; the format was the problem. On the page, people actually use it.
A 30-minute demo, on your screen, with the pages and forms your trade would get. Plans from $127 a month; the $697 build fee comes after launch.
25 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock started once the client had approved the content, so the staff review and the handover sit inside that time rather than after it.
The build used html reference pages, descriptive headings, section links, printable summary. Those sit under a page for every service you run (on every plan) and found on google and in ai answers (on every plan).
Client case studies are anonymized on purpose. The client is described as a boiler and central heating specialists in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and the quote is from Firdaus El-Badri, client services supervisor, used with permission.
Yes. The same approach is part of a managed plan from $127 a month, with the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. On a demo call we show the pages and forms your trade would get before you commit.
