Starting point
On a desktop the trade service requests section was easy enough to browse. On a phone it collapsed into a deep menu, and the contact link hid well below the fold.
The problem
Day to day with trade service requests, visitors abandoned the menu halfway and phoned instead, doubling the work: they browsed, failed, and then called to be guided.
02 As built
The mobile layout was rebuilt around a short navigation path covering an overview, service boundaries and contractor credentials and a prominent inquiry button. Content blocks were rearranged to match the order visitors actually ask about things.

03 Programme
15 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover.
04 As handed over
For trade service requests, phone visitors complete the journey the site always intended. Staff share one link during calls instead of describing a route through menus.
When somebody rings about trade service requests, I send one link and tell them exactly where to tap. The guided tour of our menu is no longer part of the call.
A 30-minute demo, on your screen, with the pages and forms your trade would get. Plans from $127 a month; the $697 build fee comes after launch.
15 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock started once the client had approved the content, so the staff review and the handover sit inside that time rather than after it.
The build used mobile navigation, short page sections, visible contact action, readable text sizing. Those sit under pages that open instantly (on every plan) and a page for every service you run (on every plan).
Client case studies are anonymized on purpose. The client is described as a plumbing and heating services firm in Frederick, Maryland, and the quote is from Douglas Chilton, job bookings administrator, used with permission.
Yes. The same approach is part of a managed plan from $127 a month, with the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. On a demo call we show the pages and forms your trade would get before you commit.
